Immunity That Lasts.

Delivered Anywhere.

Vaxxirna is a biotechnology company developing infectious disease vaccines
using its proprietary viRNA™ circular RNA platform engineered for sustained
immune protection, thermostability, and field-ready patch delivery.

Advancing vaccines

built for the real world

Vaxxirna was founded to address the fundamental limitations of conventional linear mRNA vaccine technologies, including short-lived immune responses, systemic reactogenicity, dependence on ultra-cold-chain logistics, and needle-based administration. These constraints limit how broadly current RNA vaccines can be deployed and who can benefit from them.
Through its proprietary viRNA™ circular RNA platform, Vaxxirna engineers next-generation vaccines designed to drive durable immunity for transformative impact across infectious disease.
By redesigning the RNA molecule itself, pairing it with a thermostable lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulation, and enabling patch-based delivery via a microneedle array, Vaxxirna is building a platform capable of delivering robust, sustained immune protection with improved tolerability, simplified global distribution through reduced  cold chain dependance, and injection-free patient-friendly administration.

Vaxxirna is advancing multiple vaccine programs in parallel, powered by real-time data to accelerate decision-making and compress development timelines.

A Circular RNA platform
built for lasting immune protection

Vaxxirna proprietary viRNA™ platform is based on circular RNA: a structural format designed for increased stability and sustained antigen expression in target cells, lowering required dose and administration frequency.

The platform is designed to support multiple vaccine modalities and delivery approaches within a single, consistent technology platform that allows for protection with one or two administrations.

Building vaccines for
real world utility

Vaxxirna is advancing a circular RNA vaccine platform designed for durable protection, thermostability, and
real-world deployment across global health settings.
